All items sold by Palaces LLC are print-on-demand products. We do not hold inventory — each item is printed only after your order is placed.

• Production & Shipping Time: Please allow up to 3 weeks from the date of purchase to receive your order. This includes production and shipping time.
• Returns & Refunds: Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing error.
• In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the defect. We will review and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Colors and images displayed on the website are shown as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be exact.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
